The product can also penetrate the biological mucus membrane adhered to the surface of equipment, pipeline and water tank to inhibit and kill submucosal microorganisms. In line with the international and Chinese Ministry of construction reverse osmosis membrane standards. It is suitable for reverse osmosis membrane and ultrafiltration membrane.

Continuous dosing: continuous and uniform dosing shall be used. It can reduce the bacteria and algae in raw water to the minimum, and the killing rate of bacteria and algae is more than 99%. Put the daily dosage into the dosing tank, dilute it with water 10 times, and add it evenly with the dosing pump.

When the reverse osmosis membrane system is running, the above two methods should be used at the same time to fundamentally solve the problem of bacteria and algae in the system. The specific dosing mode and dosage shall be determined according to the conditions of different reverse osmosis systems.

Some techniques for chemical cleaning of reverse osmosis membrane

The cleaning of membrane parts is generally divided into physical cleaning and chemical cleaning. The higher the frequency of chemical cleaning, the greater the damage to the membrane, which seriously affects the service life of membrane system. Therefore, it is difficult for relevant technicians to master the chemical cleaning of membrane system.

The frequency of membrane cleaning is closely related to the improvement of pretreatment measures. The better the pretreatment, the longer the cleaning interval. On the contrary, the simpler the pretreatment, the higher the cleaning frequency.

General membrane cleaning is to follow (10% Rule). Cleaning is required when the corrected fresh water flow rate is reduced by 10% and / or the differential pressure is observed to increase by 10% – 20% compared with the flow rate during the initial 200 h operation (after compaction).

As far as possible, measures should be taken before the decrease of desalination rate is shown. Regular scheduled protective maintenance cleaning is not sufficient to protect the RO system. Backwashing is effective to prevent large particles from blocking some forms of reverse osmosis membrane modules. But not all the pollution can be removed by simple backwashing. Periodic chemical cleaning is also required.

Chemical cleaning needs to increase the cost of chemicals and labor. There is also a pollution problem, so it should not be too frequent. It should not be more than 1-2 times a month. The cleaning time is about 1 ~ 2 h.

Chemical cleaning system usually includes a chemical mixing tank and its matching pumps, mixers, heaters, etc. Chemical cleaning is often determined by operating experience. The chemicals and methods used in chemical cleaning should be determined according to the pollution source. The following table is for reference, but we should pay more attention to and apply our experience.

In order to ensure the effect, wash before chemical cleaning. Before flushing, depressurize the pressure first, and then flush the membrane with 2 ~ 3 times of normal flow rate of water. The dirt will be stripped from the membrane surface and washed away by the agitation of the fluid. Then, according to the characteristics of pollution, the cleaning solution is selected for chemical cleaning of the membrane. In order to protect the reverse osmosis module, the liquid temperature should not exceed 35 ° C. If the system is out of service for more than 5 days, it is better to use formaldehyde after washing.
